To ensure our customers continue to get the best experience possible when they bank with Heartland, we’re undergoing some maintenance. Our digital banking services will be unavailable from Friday 3 November 7pm until Sunday 5 November 7pm.

How does this impact me?

This maintenance will occur outside of business hours to ensure minimum disruption for our customers. This means Heartland’s digital banking services will be unavailable from Friday 3 November 7pm until Sunday 5 November 7pm. These services include:

  • Heartland Mobile App
  • Heartland Digital
  • temporary maximum limits of $500 will be in place for EFTPOS cards during this time.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Once our digital banking services are available again, customers will enjoy better self-service and new and improved features.

Changes to Internet Banking

After this maintenance period, Heartland’s original Internet Banking portal will no longer be accessible, and instead, those same features will be offered through the Heartland Mobile App and Heartland Digital – our digital banking platform.

How will this impact my Internet Banking?

While most of the features offered through Internet Banking will remain available, we’ve had to say goodbye to a few things, including:

  • paying multiple payees
  • completing bulk payment uploads
  • 2-to-sign (temporarily – this feature will be coming soon).

You can manage your digital banking through either the Heartland Mobile App, or Heartland Digital. It's super easy to use. Your Internet Banking login details will remain the same for logging in across these platforms.

The Heartland Mobile App is undergoing some updates to ensure the best service for our customers.

What do I need to do?

  • Download the new version of the app from this Sunday 5th November. You may have already set up your phone to automatically update the mobile app, but if not, you will be prompted to visit the app store to do so. Keep an eye out for the prompt.
  • With the updated app, if you use biometrics (fingerprint, face ID) or a PIN to log in, you will be asked to reconfirm these details when you first log in.
  • Once the new version of the app is live you may not be able to see some of your older loan transactions. If you need a copy of your transaction history please get in touch by contacting us here to request this.
  • Heartland’s secure message functionality will be temporarily unavailable from 1-6 November. In the interim, you can get in touch by contacting us here.

Please note the Heartland Mobile App will be unavailable from Friday 3 November 7pm until Sunday 5 November 7pm.
